Our Mission

To empower marginalized individuals and communities by providing them with the tools, training, and resources to build people's organizations at the grassroots level and coordinate to find solutions for sustainable livelihoods while nurturing social, economic, and environmental well-being.

What We Do

• Organising the Unorganised: Building participatory structures for unorganised sections of society to get organised and involve them in community development.
• Livelihood Development: Supporting vulnerable groups, including women, youth, and sea-shell workers, through skills training, microenterprise development, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Women Empowerment: Enhancing opportunities for women to achieve financial independence and leadership roles in their communities.
• Child and Youth Welfare: Rescuing vulnerable children from exploitative practices and providing education, skills training, and holistic development.
• Health and Well-being: Addressing the health challenges of marginalized communities with a focus on maternal and child health, mental health support, and preventive care.
• Environmental Conservation: Promoting afforestation, sustainable resource use, waste management, and water body and marine ecosystem preservation to combat climate change and support biodiversity.
• Sustainable Development: Promoting organic and rain-fed farming practices to enhance food security and environmental sustainability.
